This policy explains what personal information this website collects and how the Bank uses and protects it. It applies to this website only.
Information we collect
- Positive Pay System (PPS) form: account number, cheque number and date, amount, transaction code, beneficiary name, MICR code, customer and joint-holder name, mobile number and e-mail.
- Complaint form: your name, mobile number, account number (optional), branch and your complaint.
- Technical data: your IP address is used only to limit spam submissions, and the reference number and branch of a submission are logged. Your language and display preferences are stored in your own browser, not on our server. This site uses no tracking or advertising cookies.
How we use it
Form details are e-mailed to the concerned Bank desk to register your Positive Pay request or to address your complaint, and to contact you about it. We do not use them for anything else.
Sharing
We do not sell your information. Cheque details submitted for Positive Pay may be shared with NPCI, the presenting bank, or any agency as directed by RBI / Government of India, as stated in the PPS declaration. We may disclose information where required by law.
Third-party services
Some pages load Google Fonts and embed Google Maps, so your browser connects to Google to load these. Links to other websites (RBI, DICGC and others) are governed by their own privacy policies.
Security and retention
The site is served over HTTPS. Submissions are kept only as long as needed to act on them and to meet legal and regulatory requirements.

To ask about, access or correct your information, contact the Bank at contact@cbecitycoop.bank.in or your branch. For grievances, use the complaint form. The Bank may update this policy from time to time; the current version is always shown here.
